Refund policy

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery. If there are any damage on the product, not as per the description or not as per the image provided on the product page. 

However when you receive a package from SYS by Manvish, please provide us with the video evidence on when you open the package (Unboxing Video). The return of the product is only accepted if the video evidence is provided by the customer and the damage is covered in the video.. 

Refunds for the Return or Cancelled orders will be initiated upon verification with 7 working days.
